PLM Campaign Imagery
To support in the creation of assets for future PLM campaigns, we were tasked with developing a set of compelling hero images. The key idea wad to bring in a similar look and feel to the previous iLogic images but to make them specific to PLM. The outcome was a set of versatile images that could be used in a variety of assets and contexts, communicating the capabilities of Vault.
Project: PLM Campaign Imagery
Deliverables: Hero Imagery;
The Brief

The objective of this project was to develop a set of images using 3D models provided by Autodesk. We would use this dataset to produce a set of images that would fit within the wider ‘family’ of Autodesk Hero imagery, whilst being distinctly for PLM.

To achieve this, we looked at creating images in a similar style to the iLogic Hero Images developed previously, whilst focusing on specific details and colour to differentiate between the two.

Our 3D specialists prepared the model and captured a selection of angles for the primary hero image. Once the desired angles were chosen, the model was exported and our graphic designers reworked the model to meet the desired look and feel. Once the main hero image was complete, the process was repeated for the rest of the set.

The outcome of this project was a striking set of 8 images leveraging both original imagery, Autodesk brand elements, and accurate technical data. For a short period of time, a slightly modified version of our main image was used as the hero on the Autodesk.com homepage to represent the Product Design and Manufacturing industry.
